AGE POLICY:
Students ages 12-17 are welcome in all public classes with written permission from a parent/guardian. For students under the age of 12, please contact the Academy at programs@rightfullysewn.org to discuss available options.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
- Attendee cancellations prior to 2 weeks before the event will result in a full refund to the original payment source.
- Attendee cancellations within 2 weeks of the event, and up to 24 hours before the event, will result in Eventbrite credit good for Rightfully Sewn classes/events, redeemable for 1 year after the issuing date.
- Attendee cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- Event/class ticket transfers to another attendee are encouraged and allowed up to 8 hours before the event. Transfers are good for the original event and date purchased.
- If an event/class has an insufficient number of students enrolled by Noon, 3 days before the class (usually Wednesday at Noon), the class will be cancelled and result in a full to the original payment.
- Notice of cancelled classes DUE TO EMERGENCY will be provided via email as far in advance of the course as possible. In the event class is cancelled, the instructor will coordinate with students to find a mutually-agreed-upon date to reschedule the course.
- Any cancellation by Rightfully Sewn or its Instructors without a rescheduled class will result in a full refund to all paid attendees.
